Review the Sample of the required Certificate of Liability Insurance document

You will need to provide us with your valid Certificate of Liability Insurance​ that meets the requirements of the Sample above.

Pay the Food Truck Fee online

Email us the required documents. Once payment is made, we will send you an email and request that you send us all of the required documents (Food Truck Vendor Application, San Joaquin County Food Vendor Permit Application and your Certificate of Liability Insurance)! ​
